Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a wide-encompassing family of technologies with the potential to revolutionize customer relationships, to improve efficiency of business processes and to improve decision-making tools in all economic fields. Enedis has been developing supervised machine learning algorithms since the 1990s. In the past three years, Enedis has continued to test new AI solutions through a holistic bottom-up approach, resulting in more than 50 Proof of Value (POVs) addressing use cases in key business divisions. The return of experience from the POVs is key in preparing the industrialization of AI solutions and has highlighted limiting factors to the acceleration of uptake of AI solutions.
