Abstract
Chubu Electric Power Corporation (CEPCO) implemented and operated a real-time, high-speed data transfer system of over 10 million smart meter’s energy usage to contribute electricity supply-demand balancing.In this paper, we describe the system architecture, several technologies to improve system performance and its operational results.
