Abstract
Strategies outlined at national and European level, aimed at increasing the sustainability of the energy sector, are fostering alternative drive systems for public and private transport. In particular, e-mobility’s market share is expected to increase significantly in the years ahead. The paper summarizes the results of activities on assessing the effect of the future development of electric mobility and related charging infrastructure on the Edyna network (South Tyrol).
