Abstract
We present results of a DER integration study for the German federal state of Hesse. The objective of the study was to determine the costs of grid reinforcement and expansion in the state’s region for different DER scenarios, to assess possible measures for an advanced DER integration and to identify the needs for action in the regulatory framework.
