    Abstract
Due to the complex architecture of residential power grid in China Southern Power Grid (CSG), the low voltage grid data including the relationship among transformers, power lines and residential users are complicated, which results in the time-consuming fault location and unprecise power outage range perception. This paper focuses on proposing a systematic data collection, integration and processing solution to achieve efficient power outage perception and recovery processing, thus improving the satisfactory degree of residential users. Specific methods to modify current monitoring and control device are proposed, based on which systematic data collection mechanisms and functions are developed to achieve integrated application and demonstration. Practical implementations are also conducted, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
